Nathan Hakakian
Nathan leads investment strategy and oversees portfolio operations at WestGate Partners, with responsibility for sourcing, execution and value creation initiatives. Prior to founding WestGate Partners, Nathan was an investment banker at Bank of America’s Global Industrials Group, where he covered Building Products and Residential Services. His transaction experience includes advising Crestview Partners on the sale of TenCate Grass to LGP and James Hardie on its acquisition of AZEK. Nathan holds a Bachelor's in Finance & Accounting from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business Honors Program, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Eram Zaghi
Eram is an Operating Partner at WestGate, where he drives deal sourcing, diligence and post-acquisition value creation. He is also Founder & CEO of Penrose Growth, a value creation firm serving residential and commercial service businesses, and a Partner and Licensed General Contractor at Ariel Construction, operating across New York, Florida and Texas. Prior to Penrose, Eram spent five years at Morgan Stanley across the Investment Banking Division, Investment Management Division and Leadership Rotational Program. He holds a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Yeshiva University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
